As part of PICO's continued commitment to customer satisfaction, the store will also handle after-sales needs. PICO's current warranty program includes a one-for-one exchange, allowing customers to replace their unit with a new one instantly, subject to terms and conditions. Trained product experts will be available to assist users and answer technical queries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable VR experience for all.
