The Tiger Microcomputer Controlled Rice Cooker is equipped with an 11-layered, ceramic-coated inner pot that has a slightly rough surface in order to create bubbles easily, which then contributes to effective heat transfer. The cooker comes with a “tacook” or plate which specializes in separating food flavours and textures while allowing two dishes to be cooked simultaneously.
