Samsung has added 19 new artworks to its Samsung Art Store, all from galleries taking part in Art Basel Paris 2026. The collection is available from today on Samsung Art TVs in every market where the Art Store runs, which includes Malaysia, so owners of The Frame and other Art TVs can put the pieces on their walls without going to the fair.

Two very different works lead the collection
Samsung picked out two pieces. Elene Shatberashvili's "Poppies #4" is a painting built on bold colour and close observation of everyday subjects, in this case red poppies in a vase beside a cluster of fruit. Hans Op de Beeck's "The Lounge (black and white)" goes the other way: a monochrome world showing a meticulously constructed sculptural interior that looks suspended in time.
That contrast is the point of the selection, according to Daria Greene, Global Head of Content and Curation for Samsung Art Store, who said the collection shows how artists can transform familiar subjects "through painted color or an entire sculpted world".
Part of Samsung's running Art Basel deal
Samsung is the Official Art TV of Art Basel, and the new works join the existing Art Basel collection already on the Art Store. We covered the first wave when Art Basel works arrived on Malaysian TVs in July, and the store has kept adding themed sets since, most recently 30 works from the British Museum in October.

Karim Crippa, Director of Art Basel Paris, said the partnership lets audiences "continue engaging with art beyond the Paris fair".
How to get it
The works appear in the Samsung Art Store on compatible Samsung Art TVs from today. Samsung's announcement does not state Malaysian pricing or access terms for the collection, so check the Art Store menu on your TV. More details are on Samsung's Art Store page.
