As an initiative to promote more sustainable efforts and to celebrate its 29th year in the motherland, Watsons Malaysia has recently launched its first-ever greener concept store at The Tropika, Bukit Jalil! With more than 700 sustainable products available for consumers to browse, the exclusive store also features advanced energy efficiency through eco-friendly air conditioning and store lighting panels.
Since 2021, Watsons Malaysia has put in efforts to evolve its commercial approach towards culture and development. One of those efforts includes its Sustainable Choices: eco-friendly products recognized by Watsons categorized into four pillars: Clean Beauty, Better Ingredients, Better Packaging and Refill. In addition, customers can take advantage of Watsons' in-store engagement activities, O+O shopping, a refill station for Naturals products by Watsons, and much more.
Besides that, Watsons Malaysia also took the opportunity to launch its first in-store recycling programme in collaboration with the Waste Management Association of Malaysia (WMAM). Through this programme, Malaysians can take part in becoming responsible by donating used packaging materials purchased at Watsons!
In conjunction with its opening, the store will reward you with a RM5 Watsons voucher when you bring in any of Watsons Brand's used packaging!
