Fans, rejoice! You can now use the Touch n’ Go eWallet across the border, specifically in Singapore, to pay for taxi rides.
Earlier today, Touch n’ Go Sdn Bhd announced their collaboration with Alipay+, a suite of global cross-border digital payments and marketing solutions, and ComfortDelGro, the operator of the largest taxi network in Singapore.
According to TnG, this collaboration is the beginning of a further expansion of its payment services to Singapore, and also an excellent milestone to expand its payment propositions. Users can now enjoy the convenience of the e-wallet even overseas.
As part of the introductory promo, TNG eWallet users are entitled to instant discounts between RM4 - 6 off the total fare when they take ComfortDelGro taxis and pay with TNG eWallet. This promotion can be redeemed until 25 June 2022 and is capped at the first 300 transactions daily.
