The latest smartwatch from Samsung has successfully captured the market, placing itself as one of the greatest android smartwatches you can get right now. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, which is filled with a bunch of new game-changing features.
At least, that is what the majority thinks. But what do we think, you may ask?

Summary
- Our choice of the Galaxy Watch 4 is the classic version. It is the perfect smartwatch for something that looks premium, stylish and elegant. The built is of stainless steel and has a rotating bezel that's convenient to use. Overall, it is comfortable to wear.
- A huge change from the previous Galaxy watches is that Samsung is now using Google’s Wear OS. This change lets us take advantage of the millions of apps on the Google Play Store. Apps like google maps, YouTube, Spotify, and more are all available for download.
- Because it's a custom build version of Wear OS in collaboration with Samsung, you still get the Samsung ONEUS skin sitting on top for seamless operation within the Samsung ecosystem.
- It’s got the most essential sensors you’d want in a smartwatch: Heart rate Monitor, Blood Oxygen Monitor, Stress Monitor, Sleep Tracker and the latest ECG Blood Pressure Sensor (not available in Malaysia, yet), as well as the Body Composition measuring. These are on top of the over 100 different fitness activity trackers.
- The watch has about 1.5GB RAM with 16GB of storage. Its 5nm processor feels snappy & responsive.
- Battery life is said to be up to 40 hours on a single charge which takes about 2 hours. From our testing, the device was set with medium to high usage, with screen brightness up, push notification and all sensors turned on. Our tests got us 24-30 hours on a single charge.
- Some other features to enjoy include controlling music, using the Galaxy Buds with it, IP68 Dust rating, Water resistance and military-grade protection - you don’t have to worry about damaging it when you’re out and about.
- This is the only 2021 smartwatch with Wear OS 3; others will only be getting it in 2022. For the latest, most updated Android smartwatch this year, the Galaxy Watch 4 - Classic is the best smartwatch out there.
