Mario Badescu's Glycolic Acid Toner is a concentrated formula designed to work as a mild resurfacing toner to brighten and balance the skin post-cleansing. It contains Glycolic Acid, a type of AHA and chemical exfoliant to clear the skin, ridding it of dirt, debris and dead skin cells to reveal a bright and clean complexion. 

Combined with Grapefruit and Aloe Vera, this toner is helpful to refine pores and diminish the appearance of fine lines by restoring your skin to a youthful state. Despite the efficacy of this toner, it is not suitable for use on acne-prone and sensitive skin types because of its potency. Furthermore, AHAs are known to increase the skin's sensitivity to UVA and UVB rays, consequently making it more vulnerable to sun-damage. Hence, it's best to protect your skin with sunscreen after use.
