Swiss coffee specialist JURA has opened a new flagship store in Kuala Lumpur, bringing its premium automatic coffee machines to a dedicated monobrand space at The Gardens Mall. The store opened on 11 June 2026 and is run by JURA's long-time Malaysian partner, the Dancom Group.

A bigger bet on Malaysia
The new outlet builds on the first JURA Store with Hospitality Centre, which opened in early 2024, and marks the next step in the brand's partnership with Dancom. JURA frames the expansion as part of a long-term push across Southeast Asia, which it sees as one of the more dynamic premium coffee markets in the region. Sascha Hub, JURA's Head of Sales for Asia and the Middle East, said: "This flagship store in the Gardens Mall is a further key step in the long-term establishment of our brand in Malaysia."
Swiss machines for a local coffee culture
JURA is pitching the store at a Malaysian coffee scene that mixes kopitiam tradition with a growing wave of speciality cafes, and a rising appetite for cafe-quality coffee at home. True to its "freshly ground, not capsuled" line, the brand builds fully automatic bean-to-cup machines aimed at the premium end of the market.
The machines on show
At the centre of the store are two of JURA's best-known consumer models, the JURA E8 and the flagship Z10. The E8 makes up to 27 specialty coffee drinks, while the Z10 stretches to 51 across hot, cold brew, and sweet-foam styles.
Launch promotion and pricing
To mark the opening, JURA is running a launch promotion until 30 June 2026 across selected consumer and professional machines. On the consumer side, the E8 is going for RM6,999 (from a recommended retail price of RM8,999) and the Z10 Diamond Black for RM13,199 (RRP RM16,499). Professional models in the promotion include the W8 at RM7,999 (RRP RM9,999), the X10 at RM13,599 (RRP RM16,999), and the GIGA X8 at RM24,999 (RRP RM32,999).
