GIGABYTE Unveils the INFINITY Series at Computex 2026

The brand's 40th-anniversary lineup spans motherboards, RTX 50 graphics, 540Hz monitors and a local AI supercomputer.

Computex always brings a flood of hardware, and this year GIGABYTE used its 40th anniversary to launch one of its widest lineups yet. Under the banner "ENTER INFINITY," the Taiwanese brand rolled out a new INFINITY Series spanning motherboards, graphics cards, peripherals, monitors, laptops and AI computing boxes. For Malaysian PC builders, it is a preview of the components likely to land in local stores over the coming months.

The INFINITY Series is the centrepiece. On the motherboard side, the X870 AORUS INFINITY pushes DDR5 memory to speeds of up to 11,400 MT/s with CL24 timing, paired with an X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 feature tuned for AMD's Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 chip. A step up, the X870E AORUS INFINITY NEXT adds a 3D metal-printed cooling component and a heavier power-delivery design aimed at sustained AI and high-load work.

INFINITY Series graphics and a cleaner build

The series stretches across a full PC build. The AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY, a Red Dot Design Award winner, leads the graphics cards with GIGABYTE's WINDFORCE Hyperburst cooling, joined by RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 INFINITY models that move the power connector to the rear for tidier cable runs. Rounding out the family are the AORUS K10 INFINITY keyboard, with magnetic switches, 0.1mm actuation, an 8000Hz polling rate and a 3.1-inch OLED touch screen, the M10 INFINITY mouse, and the C510 GLASS INFINITY chassis with a 16-inch side display built in.

Pushing into local AI computing

Beyond gaming parts, GIGABYTE leaned into on-device AI. The AORUS RTX 5090 AI BOX and RTX 5060 Ti AI BOX turn laptops into desktop-class machines for AI work, while the new AI TOP 100 B850 is pitched as a local AI supercomputer for developers, able to run models above 200 billion parameters and validated across more than 100 frameworks. It is built for round-the-clock workloads using an RTX 5090 or a Radeon AI PRO R9700 card. The idea is to keep heavier AI tasks on hardware you own rather than renting cloud time, a pitch that suits smaller studios and research teams.

Monitors and AI laptops

The AORUS ELITE monitor line mixes 4th Gen Tandem OLED and 5K Mini LED panels across 27-inch and 32-inch sizes, with refresh rates reaching 540Hz and a world-first 27-inch 5K Multi Mode Mini LED model. On the laptop side, the AORUS MASTER 16, AERO X16 Copilot+ PC and GIGABYTE GAMING A16 run GiMATE, the company's on-device AI agent. Working with NVIDIA, GIGABYTE says its GiMATE Creator tool uses NVFP4 to run the FLUX.2-klein image model up to 180% faster.

"As we celebrate 40 years of GIGABYTE, today, we take it further," said Eddie Lin, CEO of GIGABYTE Group. Malaysian pricing and availability were not confirmed at the showcase, though GIGABYTE products usually reach local retail through existing distributors within a few months of a Computex reveal.
