Stay tuned, realme is gearing up to launch its GT 7 Series in Malaysia!
The brand’s latest flagship offering that promises to be a true "flagship killer". Following the success of the GT 7 Pro in late 2024, this new series is built for performance-hungry gamers, power users, and mobile photographers — all without crossing flagship pricing lines.
Below is what we know about the series so far.

Performance-Centric Design
realme has confirmed that the GT 7 Series is engineered for users who demand uncompromising performance, blending raw power with refined design. It can handle gaming at high frame rates, productivity tasks like multitasking, editing, and cloud collaboration, as well as photography and creative content
Continuation of the GT 7 Pro’s high-performance legacy, the GT 7 series will also likely with flagship-grade SoCs (expected: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or MediaTek Dimensity 9400 series).
Fast Charging & Long Battery Life
While full specs are under wraps, realme's GT series traditionally includes ultra-fast charging. Following the current smartphone trends, the battery life should be 80W or higher. With that, we can also expect a massive battery capacity, possibly in the 5000–5500mAh range. And finally, AI-driven power management for all-day performance.

Refined Design and Camera Capabilities
realme usually emphasises their gamer-profile design without sacrificing practicality.
Based on the GT 7 Pro, it previously featured a vegan leather finish and a triple camera system with OIS. With that, we expect similar or improved offerings in the GT 7 Series. Perhaps a Sony IMX890 or IMX882 sensors? And with AI smartphones being a norm, AI imaging features for portraits, night mode, and motion capture would be in too.
So far, the design is teased as premium yet minimal, matching today’s flagship aesthetic.
