Samsung is set to launch its latest Galaxy A series smartphones—the Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G, and Galaxy A26 5G—in Malaysia on March 18, 2025. As Samsung's latest mid-range devices, they are designed to offer advanced features, including AI capabilities branded as "Awesome Intelligence," at accessible price points starting from RM999 with promo.

A Bright & Fast Screen
All three Galaxy A models will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals. For the Galaxy A56 and A36, they'll utilize a punch-hole camera design, while the A26 will incorporate a teardrop notch. Each device is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both front and back and boasts an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.

- Galaxy A56 5G: Features a triple rear camera setup—50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 12MP ultra-wide lens, and 5MP macro lens. The front-facing camera is 12MP, supporting 10-bit HDR for enhanced selfies.
- Galaxy A36 5G: Includes a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 5MP macro lens. It also has a 12MP front camera with 10-bit HDR support.
- Galaxy A26 5G: Offers a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro lens. The front camera is 13MP.
UI, Battery & AI Support
All models will come with a 5,000mAh battery. The Galaxy A56 and A36 support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 whereas the A26 will only come with 25W charging support. The series will also run on One UI 7 based on Android 15 and are promised up to six generations of OS and security updates.
As mentioned before, the series will also come with several AI features such as AI-driven functionalities across the series, such as 'Circle to Search' for quick information retrieval, an enhanced 'Object Eraser' for seamless photo editing, and 'Best Face' on the A56 for selecting optimal expressions in group photos.
