Dyson has unveiled its latest floorcare innovation, the Dyson WashG1™, designed to provide a hygienic and powerful clean for hard floors. Engineered to tackle both wet and dry dirt, the Dyson WashG1™ promises effortless cleaning with advanced technology and intuitive features, making it a must-have for those seeking efficiency and superior hygiene.
The Dyson WashG1™ is equipped with a 1-litre clean water tank capable of covering up to 3,000 sq. ft. on a single charge. Its advanced technology ensures rapid removal of spills, debris, and even tough stains in one go. Powered by Dyson’s innovative Pulse Modulated Hydration Pump, water is delivered precisely to the microfibre rollers via 26 hydration points, ensuring every inch of flooring is cleaned thoroughly and hygienically.
The Dyson WashG1™ also has something called separation technology, which divides debris and dirty water at the source, allowing for hygienic, no-touch disposal. The machine’s 500-micron mesh debris tray and 0.8-litre dirty water tank work together to ensure that all dirt and debris are contained for easy disposal. The self-cleaning mode flushes the rollers with clean water, ensuring the machine is always ready for the next cleaning session.
The counter-rotating microfibre rollers are designed to absorb liquid spills and pick up dry dirt, debris, and hair. Each roller is made of high-density microfibre with 64,800 filaments per cm², allowing for maximum absorption and effective stain removal. The rollers’ placement at the front and back of the machine ensures longer dwell time on stains, resulting in faster and more powerful cleaning.
With low, medium, and high hydration modes, users can customise the level of water applied based on floor type, debris, or personal preference. For those extra tough stains, the Boost Mode floods the rollers with the maximum amount of water, ensuring even the most stubborn dirt is removed with ease.
Dyson’s attention to detail extends to the edge-to-edge cleaning capability of the WashG1™, thanks to two motors positioned within each microfibre roller. The machine also features Dyson’s Omni-glide technology, ensuring smooth manoeuvrability and easy access to hard-to-reach areas, such as under furniture.
