Zepp has announced the launch of its latest smartwatch, the Amazfit Cheetah, in Malaysia. Designed specifically for runners, the Amazfit Cheetah series uses industry-leading GPS technology for unprecedented positioning accuracy.
According to Mr. Wu Jin, General Manager, APAC of Amazfit Malaysia the Amazfit Cheetah series serves a new direction for the smartwatch manufacturer as it diverges from their typical multi-sport focus. For the most part, the Amazfit Cheetah series is catered toward runners. It features runner-specific functions like the Max Track™ GPS, boasting a proprietary dual-band circularly polarized GPS antenna providing 99.5% accuracy, AI-powered Zepp Coach™ for personalized training based on the user’s performance and condition, and a 1,000 nits HD AMOLED display that's visible even in the brightest sunlight. Users can create targeted running plans tailored to race types, similar to a coach's workout regimen.
It comes in two versions: the Amazfit Cheetah (Round) features a durable yet lightweight fibre-reinforced polymer bezel, and the Amazfit Cheetah Pro has a premium titanium alloy bezel for additional durability and a touch of class. The smartwatch has a seriously long battery life of up to 14 days, offline maps, 100+ watch faces, 5 ATM water-resistance, 150+ sport modes, and more through the Zepp OS 2.0 ecosystem of downloadable apps.

The Amazfit Cheetah is exclusively available on Shopee from 5-7 July for RM999 and available on all platforms from 7th July, including Lazada. Customers will receive a Xiaomi 10000mAh Power Bank as a gift with purchase from 5-7 July, on a first come, first serve basis.
