Samsung will reportedly be holding the next Galaxy Unpacked Event in Seoul. The second biggest annual event will likely come with what Samsung is calling the “next generation foldable devices”, which should be the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Fold 5.
The rumoured July event means that the launch for both the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Fold 5 is coming sooner than expected compared to the launch of their predecessors, which typically launched in early August. While Samsung hasn't confirmed the exact date yet, Chosun Daily has reported a July 26 date.
As for pricing, Samsung has yet to reveal how much the new foldable smartphones will be, so to know more about the new phone we will have to wait for updates during the event in late July next month. Not much is known about the new smartphones, but based on some rumours and leaks, the Galaxy Flip5 might come with a larger cover display, making it a more significant upgrade than its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip4.
