HONOR has launched its latest addition to the HONOR X Series, the HONOR X9a 5G, featuring best-in-class visuals and performance with an Ultra Tough OLED Curved Display. It is also the only curved-display smartphone under RM1,500 on the market currently.

The main selling point of the HONOR X9a 5G is its ultra-tough OLED curved display, which is specially designed with 0.65mm super-reinforced glass that is stronger and more durable.
With the 45° golden curve of the 6.67-inch OLED Curved Display, the phone looks and feels more premium in hand. The 1.07 billion colour and 120Hz refresh rate display enhances the viewing experience further, allowing for a more immersive movie and browsing experience. Moreover, the screen has a brightness of up to 800 nits and a 300Hz touch sampling rate, so the screen remains bright and responsive no matter what you’re doing.
Despite being just 7.9mm and 175g, the HONOR X9a 5G features an ultra-large 5100mAh battery that can last up to two days of regular usage on a single charge. It only needs 30 minutes of charge to power through 12.5 hours of video streaming.
On the performance side, the HONOR X9a 5G is equipped with the Snapdragon 695 5G processor and runs the Android 12-based MagicUI 6.1 OS. Multitasking should not be a problem on the smartphone the HONOR RAM Turbo allows you to convert unused ROM to virtual RAM to keep more apps active for more efficient multitasking.
Besides that, this is also the first phone in the X Series to support Multiscreen Collaboration feature. The HONOR X9a 5G can connect with an HONOR laptop for a more efficient workflow.
Price and Availability
The HONOR X9a 5G will be available in three colours: Titanium Silver, Emerald Green and Midnight Black. Starting from 6 January 2023, fans will be able to get it from HONOR stores and all online and offline authorized dealers.
As part of the first-day sale promo, HONOR will be giving out freebies worth RM418 with every purchase of the phone, including Ultra Noise Cancellation Earbuds, HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X3, and 180-day screen crack protection.
