ASUS Releases ROG Phone 6D with exclusive BATMAN Edition

The long-awaited ROG Phone 6D series from ASUS is finally launched in Malaysia, including a special BATMAN edition powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ 5G GPU. The anticipated collaboration pays homage to Gotham's famous crime-fighting detective, with the redesigned sleek and dark look paired with Batman-inspired details for all you superhero geeks out there.

The ROG Phone 6D series sets itself apart from other gaming smartphones from ASUS. It's powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ 5G, a flagship processor with a top speed of 3.2 GHz that delivers better gaming performance and enhanced experience for mobile gamers. The powerful processor goes hand-in-hand with the equipped Mali GPU and a full suite of HyperEngine 5.0 features, giving you an extra edge for intense gaming sessions.

You'll get the same gaming experience when using either one of the phones from the 6D series, but the Ultimate edition comes with an all-new AeroActive Portal that acts as a heat dissipator for better cooling performance. When the built-in AeroActive Cooler 6 is activated, the portal opens and allows direct ventilation from the accessory fan so that the appliance inside cools down 20% faster. The 9x larger thermal surface area helps maximize your gaming performance and battery endurance.

The limited-edition ROG Phone 6D BATMAN features

ROG has teamed up with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to bring the special gaming smartphone to mobile gamers and fans of the iconic superhero. The BATMAN edition comes with special accessories, phone themes and other exclusive features for you to try out.

The overall design of the phone is definitely a conversation starter. Inspired by Batman, it sports a dark and muted black colour and a Batman-inspired graphic detail in the Aura RGB logo. With a delicate semi-matte finish, the look of the phone is intricately designed to reflect light in a way that looks like the famous projection of the Bat-Signal searchlight. ROG also allows fans to experience the phone's exclusive custom user interface with Batman animated theme pack that includes live Batman wallpapers, redesigned app icons, and exclusive sound and animation when you charge the phone! There's also a feature of a custom in-display fingerprint icon of the famous yellow bat emblem.

When you own the ROG Phone 6D Batman edition, you'll exclusively receive a special set of accessories to complete your collection. 

Here are all the accessories that come with the phone:

  • A miniature replica of a searchlight that projects one of two versions of the iconic Bat-Signal, powered by a USB-C cable attached to the phone.
  • A protective Batman Aero bumper case that features a geometric relief rendering of the Bat emblem and a special Batman image hidden at the inner part of the case.
  • The SIM removal ejector pin is shaped like the famous Bat emblem that comes with a Gotham City-inspired desktop holder.
  • All the accessories are packed in a custom water-resistant storage case with a sturdy, military-style look. The case also has the Batman logo stamped into the lid.

ROG Phone 6D Series and BATMAN Edition Pricing and Availability

The ROG Phone 6D (12GB RAM + 256GB) with Space Grey variant costs RM3,499. The 6D Ultimate version (16GB RAM + 512 GB) which also comes in Space Grey colour variant costs RM 4,999. Starting from November 9, 2022 onwards, these models from the ROG Phone 6D will be available for sale in Malaysia. 

For the BATMAN Edition, this limited edition gaming smartphone is priced at RM4,799 and every purchase comes with special accessories. Equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition will be on the market only until the end of November, so stay tuned and keep yourself updated!
