Yesterday, Samsung announced the launch of the two newest additions to their foldable phone range, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4. Just like their predecessors, the Flip4 and Fold4 open up a whole new world in hands-free mobile photography, starting with the new FlexCam feature available on the Galaxy Z Fold4.
As the first Samsung device to employ the One UI 4.1.1 based on Android 12L, the Fold4 introduces FlexCam, a special feature co-developed with Meta to improve compatibility with social media applications and make multitasking easier than ever.
By enabling the FlexCam feature, you’ll be able to shoot hands-free photos and videos or capture full group selfies without having to hold up your phone.
FlexCam also optimises applications like Facebook, Whatsapp, and Instagram, thanks to Samsung’s partnership with Meta.
To use the FlexCam feature, all you have to do is fold the phone partially so it sits like a laptop while in camera mode. Then, just press the Quick Shot button set on the bottom part of the phone!
