Garmin Malaysia recently launched their new Forerunner 255 & 955 series of GPS running smartwatches for running and sports enthusiasts. With full triathlon support and solar charging support respectively, both series include key performance and training tools from Firstbeat Analytics.
Besides that, the Forerunner 255 Music versions and the Forerunner 955 comes with a built-in music feature, allowing the user to download up to 2000 songs from playlists on Spotify, Amazon Music, and Deezer.
Forerunner 255 Series
The Forerunner 255 and the 255 Music comes in 46mm cases. For those who are looking for a smaller watch face, the 255S and 255S Music are available in 41mm-sized cases. The series can support up to 14 days of battery life in smartwatch mode and 30 hours in GPS mode.

Forerunner 955 Series
In conjunction with the Global Running Day, Garmin has released the Forerunner 955 Solar, the first smartwatch to support solar charging using a Power Glass solar charging lens. Thanks to this feature, athletes will be able to get up to 20 days of battery life in smartwatch mode and 49 hours in GPS mode.
The Forerunner 955 is built with a full-colour touchscreen display that is responsive and easy to read, complementing a traditional 5-button design for fast access to everyday health features, easier control of mapping, and more.
