If you train for distance and dislike charging a watch every few days, COROS has a new option in Malaysia. The COROS PACE 4 Pro is on sale now at RM1,999, pairing up to 60 hours of GPS tracking with a titanium case and full offline maps, aimed at runners, cyclists, swimmers and the hybrid-fitness crowd.

What COROS is putting in the PACE 4 Pro
The headline is battery. COROS rates the 447mAh cell at up to 60 hours of GPS tracking on its standard setting, dropping to 40 hours in the most accurate dual-frequency mode. As an everyday watch it goes about 21 days between charges, or seven days with the always-on display switched on. For anyone marathon training or stage racing, that is weeks of sessions on a single charge.
The screen is a 1.47-inch AMOLED panel at 466 by 466 pixels, protected by sapphire glass and rated to 3,500 nits, which is the part that keeps it readable in direct Malaysian sun. The case is TC4 titanium alloy, 11.8mm thick and 43g, light enough to sleep in for overnight tracking. Onboard storage is 32GB, enough for offline maps with street and trail names, contour lines and points of interest, plus music. The full specification sheet is on COROS's own product page.
On the health side there is a new optical heart-rate sensor, ECG, blood-oxygen (SpO2) reading and a barometer, with dual-frequency GPS for better accuracy in cities and under tree cover. A built-in speaker and microphone handle voice notes and media controls.
Where it sits in the market
At RM1,999 the PACE 4 Pro is a clear step up from the standard COROS PACE 4, which arrived in Malaysia late last year at RM1,099, and it lands squarely in the bracket of other serious GPS sports watches. If you are weighing it against rugged, long-battery rivals, our look at the Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar covers another watch chasing the same multi-week endurance pitch. At the other end, if RM1,999 is more than you want to spend on wrist tech, our Redmi Watch 6 Lite review shows what a RM249 smartwatch does and does not give you.
The watch leans on three things athletes keep asking for: battery that outlasts a race week, a bright screen you can read mid-run, and maps you can follow without your phone. The titanium case and sapphire glass are there to survive being knocked about on trails and in transition.
Price and availability in Malaysia
The COROS PACE 4 Pro is available in Malaysia now at RM1,999, in Black and White. COROS is selling it through PANGU Running's official stores and the brand's official Lazada and Shopee stores. Both colours share the same specification, so the choice is purely the strap and case finish.
For Malaysian runners and triathletes who have been charging a watch mid-week, the pitch is simple: a GPS watch that lasts the whole training block, with maps and a titanium shell, at a price that sits below the top-tier flagships.
