Acer Malaysia has expanded its Swift family with the Swift Air 14, a lightweight laptop that lands locally at RM2,999 and is on sale immediately through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore. The pitch is portability: the Swift Air 14 weighs just 1.19kg in a 12.99mm all-aluminium chassis, light enough to carry between the office, a lecture hall and a cafe without much thought.
Acer quotes up to 19 hours of battery life, with fast charging taking the battery to 50 percent in 30 minutes. Inside is up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350, paired with up to 12GB of onboard LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD, which Acer positions for everyday work rather than heavy creative loads.

The screen is a 14-inch WUXGA panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100 percent sRGB coverage, sitting above a quad-speaker system with DTS Ultra. A 180-degree hinge lets the laptop lie flat to share the display across a table. For video calls, a 1080p infrared camera works with Acer's PurifiedView image processing and PurifiedVoice noise cancellation, and there is Windows Hello face sign-in plus a physical camera shutter.
Connectivity covers Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, with two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and one USB-A port. The laptop comes in four colours: Sage Green, Frost Blue, Blossom Pink and Lilac Purple.
Price, warranty and the launch offer
The Swift Air 14 starts at RM2,999 and ships with a two-year warranty that includes a first-year International Travelers Warranty. To mark the launch, Acer says the first 1,000 units sold come with complimentary gifts worth RM670: an Acer SuperCare 2 extended warranty, an Acer HyperScrolling mouse and a limited-edition Swift Sip tumbler. Full details are available through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore.
At that price the Swift Air 14 sits in a busy part of the Malaysian market. For context on what RM3,000 buys elsewhere, see how a gaming laptop on our under-RM3,000 list has since climbed to RM4,449, and at the other end of Acer's local range, the Predator Orion 7000 desktop lands at RM18,999.
The Acer Swift Air 14 is available now in Malaysia. Buyers can check stock and the launch gifts through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore.
