DJI Opens a 360° Creator Challenge in Malaysia With Cash Prizes Until 3 November

DJI Malaysia has opened the DJI Osmo 360 II | 360° YOUR WAY Creator Challenge, a nationwide content challenge that runs from 3 September to 3 November 2026 and asks creators across the country to capture Malaysia in immersive 360° video. The challenge follows the DJI Osmo 360 II On The Move community fun run in Kuala Lumpur.

Entries fall under three creative themes. #MalaysiaCultural is for the country's multicultural heritage, urban landmarks and natural scenery. #360ontheMove covers sports, cycling, running, motorcycling and road trips shot with stable footage. #MalaysiaLifestyle is for everyday local moments such as mamak stalls, city walks and night markets.

How to enter

Participants pick a theme and shoot a video of under 60 seconds on the DJI Osmo 360 series. The clip goes up publicly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Xiaohongshu with the hashtags #360YourWay, #DJIOsmo360II and #MyMalaysia360, plus the chosen theme hashtag, and it must tag DJI Malaysia's official account.

The challenge runs in two phases. In Phase 1, from 3 September to 3 October 2026, each participant posts at least one eligible video to qualify. Everyone who clears Phase 1 unlocks unlimited submissions in Phase 2, which runs from 4 October to 3 November 2026.

What you can win

One grand prize winner takes home a DJI Osmo 360 II Adventure Combo. The top three entries in each of the three themes each receive RM200 in cash, and ten consolation winners get DJI Adventure merchandise made up of a water bottle and a hat.

The camera behind the challenge

The Osmo 360 II launched in Malaysia on 3 September 2026 with a 1-inch square HDR image sensor, 8K/60fps 360° capture, DJI's AI SuperNight 2.0 low-light processing, replaceable lenses and 105GB of built-in storage. It is the follow-up to DJI's first 360° camera, the original Osmo 360.
