The Bespoke AI WindFree Pro is a wall-mounted unit that spreads cool air through 23,000 micro air holes rather than firing it out in a single stream. Samsung describes the result as a "still air" environment, with airflow moving at less than 0.15 metres per second and noise dropping as low as 23dB. The aim is steady, even cooling that does not blast occupants with cold air.
When more airflow is wanted, the unit offers a range of wind modes. Max Wind delivers faster initial cooling, Surround Wind pushes air across the whole room, and Long Reach Wind sends it further. In all, the system carries seven airflow settings, including AI Direct Wind and AI Indirect Wind that change how air is delivered based on conditions. WindFree is the gentle setting, and Samsung says it draws 77% less energy than fast cooling.
AI that watches the power bill
With electricity costs a constant talking point for Malaysian households, the energy features carry weight. An AI Energy Mode reads how the unit is used along with room conditions, and Samsung says it can cut energy consumption by up to 30%. There is also a WindFree Wearable Good Sleep function that pairs with a Galaxy Watch (Series 4 and later), Galaxy Fit3 or Galaxy Ring to sense when you have fallen asleep and adjust cooling through the night.
Samsung has offered WindFree cooling for years, but the Pro model leans harder on automation. Instead of asking owners to keep adjusting settings, it tries to read the room and the sleeper and respond on its own. In a market where air conditioning runs for much of the year, small efficiency gains can add up across a monthly bill.

The Bespoke AI WindFree Pro is listed on Samsung Malaysia's site in capacities ranging from 1.0HP to 2.5HP, in Essential White and Soapstone Charcoal finishes. Samsung backs the compressor with a 10-year warranty. Pricing varies by capacity and retailer.
