COROS PACE 4 Gets a Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition

COROS adds a Jakob Ingebrigtsen 'Fearless' Edition of its PACE 4 running watch with aluminium bezel, gold accents, and a custom watch face.

COROS has launched a special edition of its PACE 4 running watch built around Jakob Ingebrigtsen, the Norwegian middle-distance runner whose 1500m and 5000m Olympic gold medals made him one of the most recognisable faces in endurance sport.

The Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition, marketed as the Fearless edition, takes the standard PACE 4 internals and dresses them in upgraded materials and Ingebrigtsen-specific design cues. The bezel is now aluminium with gold accents, the hardware is PVD-coated, and the case uses a two-tone injection-moulded build. The strap carries FEARLESS branding, and the custom watch face shows a 03:25 timestamp, a reference to Ingebrigtsen's goal of becoming the fastest-ever runner over 1500m.

What you get under the special-edition treatment

The hardware itself is the PACE 4 most COROS owners already know. The 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen runs an auto-adjusting brightness setting that COROS designed for hard outdoor use, and the case is 11.8mm thick, which keeps the watch closer to a fashion smartwatch than the thicker triathlon-style devices in the same price range. Battery life is the headline number for endurance buyers: COROS quotes 41 hours of full GPS tracking and up to 19 days of regular daily use between charges.

The Fearless edition is also the first PACE 4 with a transparent dial design, a detail COROS is keeping exclusive to this model. Whether that lands as a collector cue or as visual fragility depends on how you feel about transparent hardware on a sports watch, but the rest of the watch behaves exactly like the standard PACE 4 from a training and tracking standpoint.

Price and availability

COROS has priced the Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition at USD 289 globally, with regional pricing at EUR 299, SEK 3,799, NOK 3,999 and DKK 2,499. The watch is available now at COROS.com and through selected retail partners worldwide.

COROS does not have a dedicated Malaysian distribution channel the way Garmin and Suunto do, so Malaysian buyers will need to either order from COROS directly with international shipping, or work through one of the grey-importer running stores in the Klang Valley that carry COROS stock. Standard PACE 4 inventory has been turning up in Malaysian running communities for several months, so the Fearless edition is likely to follow the same path.

Why this matters for runners shopping in Malaysia

COROS has been quietly closing the gap with Garmin in the serious-running segment, and the PACE 4 specifically has built a reputation as the most credible mid-priced running watch outside Garmin's lineup. The Jakob Ingebrigtsen Edition does not change the spec story, but it is the first time COROS has done a full athlete-named build for the PACE family. For Malaysian runners who already own the standard PACE 4, the Fearless edition is a cosmetic upgrade. For runners shopping their first serious GPS watch in 2026, the existence of an Ingebrigtsen-co-signed model is more interesting than the gold accents.
