POCO has expanded its most affordable line in Malaysia, launching the POCO C81 Pro smartphone alongside the POCO Pad C1 tablet. Both are aimed at buyers who want a big screen and long battery life without stretching the budget.
The two devices are also the first in their respective ranges to ship with Xiaomi HyperOS 3, POCO's latest software layer. POCO is positioning the pair as an entry into its wider connected-device ecosystem.

The takeaway
Neither device is chasing flagship specs, and that is the point. With sub-RM500 starting prices, big batteries and 120Hz screens, the C81 Pro and Pad C1 give value-focused Malaysian buyers a phone and tablet pairing that covers the basics well. Promotional pricing suggests the launch window is the cheapest time to buy.
