Available onwards from 15 May 2023, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has 16GB RAM and 512 GB ROM and it is priced at RM 4999. For those who purchase the ROG Phone 7 will come with an in-box AeroActive Cooler 7. The ROG Phone 7, however, is available now and it comes in two different variants. The first variant comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB, and it costs RM 3599. The second variant has 16GB RAM and 512GB ROM and is available at a price of RM4299.
