Ahead of CES 2023, Samsung has unveiled the new Flex Hybird OLED concept display, which can be folded (like the Galaxy Fold series) from one side and expanded by sliding from the other to change both the size and aspect ratio.
The 10.5-inch, 4:3 Flex Hybrid OLED screen can be slid and opened from one side to become a 12.4-inch screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio. When fully extended, the screen will turn into a huge screen great for viewing videos and overall multitasking productivity.
Not only that, but Samsung will also showcase two additional display concepts to the general public for the first time at CES 2023: the Flex Slidable Solo which sports a 14-inch OLED panel that can be opened to a broader 17.3-inch display by sliding open from one side and the Flex Slidable Duet OLED that converts a 14-inch screen to a 17.3-inch one by extending on the two sides.
These displays were first teased at Intel's Innovation event in September 2022, but they are set to make their first public debut at CES 2023. There is no information about their price or availability in Malaysia yet, but we'd put the price range of these novelty devices on the higher end.
