The First Foldable vivo Phone Will Be Arriving in Malaysia 2022 Very Soon!

vivo has just recently unveiled their first foray into the foldable smartphone market with their new vivo X Fold, designed to bring the ‘Joy of Humanity’ to its users with efficient performance, convenience, and a brand-new user experience, even here in Malaysia.

The vivo X Fold excels in its visuals, being the first smartphone in the world to achieve 19 DisplayMate performance records, which offer user quality business reading experience.

It will also be the first smartphone that benefits from vivo’s recent cooperation with Qualcomm to develop the Secure Processing Unit, or SPU, which greatly enhances the security protection of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip within the phone.

The new foldable form factor allows users to access brand new features easily and conveniently, such as multiple screens for your applications and a larger display overall for multitasking. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip will deliver top-of-the-line performance, while the versatile and stable ZEISS Imaging System will deliver you clean, crisp images straight from the camera.

All in all, the vivo X Fold is designed as an all-rounder companion that is meant to increase your productivity and ease of use.

The vivo X Fold utilises high-end technological advancements to deliver the best experience possible, including the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, fast 66W FlashCharge technology and the ZEISS Imaging system, bringing the best foldable smartphone experience to our users.

On the cover you’ll find a 6.53-inch AMOLED display, while opening the device will reveal the 8.03-inch AMOLED main display with a 120Hz refresh rate support
Under the hood, the vivo X Fold is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, with 12GB RAM and available in either 256GB and 512GB storage configurations.
There is a 4,600mAh battery fitted inside the device, which supports 66W dual-battery wired FlashCharge and 50W wireless charging for a good full-day use.
The vivo X Fold comes equipped with a 50MP Quad camera set up co-engineered with ZEISS, and a 16MP front-facing camera.
The device is available in two colours – Mountain Blue and Sycamore Grey.

Bringing the ‘Joy of Humanity’ to Malaysia, vivo Malaysia recently held its X Fold Experience Day for an exclusive hands-on experience with the vivo X Fold.
