At this point, you might feel overwhelmed with ten scents for each time of the day to choose from. But fret not, because you will probably have fun trying all of them and finish in 2 weeks. Here is how the set works:
Step 1: Apply scents onto smell cards
Like how you spray perfume samples onto smell cards at retail stores, you do the same here. The set comes with smell cards for morning, afternoon, and night. Pick the fragrance(s) you would like to take a whiff of and apply a droplet or two onto the card. Be careful not to let the fragrance touch your nose or skin so that you can experience the other scents better.
Step 2: Start tickling your olfactory senses
Now, this is the fun part – smelling all the scents! However, make sure to take a break after smelling three fragrances to avoid nasal fatigue. Alternatively, you can sniff coffee beans (if they are accessible) between smells to cleanse your nasal palate. If you don’t have coffee beans lying around, you can also cleanse your nasal palate by sniffing the inner part of your elbow!
Always remember that each scent is unique and personal, so take your time finding out which fragrance suits your mood, personality, and time of the day.
Step 3: Time to put ‘em on
Once you have decided on which scents you would like to try for the time of day, apply the fragrance on your wrist and skin and allow the scent to develop over time. The warmth of your skin will react with the perfume and create a scent that is uniquely for you.
Although we have yet to try all 30 scents, so far, our editor’s favourite scents are Fruity Solace (Morning), Floral Paradise (Noon), Fruity Signorina (Night) - scents with lighter notes but on the sweeter side to keep her perked up.
