AI Royale Scavenger Hunt - Terms & Conditions (February 2024)

 

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be residents of Malaysia and aged between 18 to 45 years old.
  • Diversity is encouraged, and participants from all races, ethnicities, genders, and professions are welcome to apply.

 

Application Deadline:

  • Participants must register through the provided Google Form.
  • The cutoff time for participating in the event is Monday, 19th February 2024, at 11.59 pm

 

Selection Process:

  • Only 24 participants will be selected for the AI Royale Scavenger Hunt.
  • Selection will be based on the quality and impact of the story submitted in the registration form. 

 

Notification:

  • Chosen participants will be notified via email or WhatsApp on Wednesday, 21st February 2024.

 

Event Details:

  • The event will take place at Petaling Jaya, the selected participants will be informed of the exact venue
  • Date: 25th February 2024
  • Time: 8.30 am - 1 pm

 

Prizes:

  • The prizes consist of three prizes. The first prize is RM 10,000 cash, the second prize is RM3,000 worth of Samsung goods and the Third Prize: is RM1,000 worth of Samsung goods.
  • The winning first prize participant will collect their cash prize when notified by ProductNation’s representative within 5 business days from the event date.
  • The second and third-prize participants will have their prizes delivered to the address given to ProductNation within a month from the date of the event. 

 

Attendance:

  • Participants are expected to be punctual and attend the entire event.
  • Participants are allowed to bring plus ones & they would be seated in the deck area.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided to the participants only. 

 

Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and inclusively.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.

 

Intellectual Property:

  • Content generated during the event may be used by ProductNation for promotional purposes across its digital channels.
  • Participants acknowledge and grant ProductNation the right to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute any content created during the AI Royale Scavenger Hunt for promotional and marketing activities.

 

Photography and Social Media:

  • Participants are encouraged to share their experience on social media platforms using the event hashtag - #PNXSAMSUNGAIROYALE
  • Photography and recording during the event are allowed but participants are encouraged to keep all their belongings secured before the scavenger hunt begins. 

 

Feedback and Testimonials:

  • Participants may be requested to provide feedback about their experience for promotional purposes.

 

Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for their well-being during the event.
  • Any medical conditions or allergies should be communicated in advance.

 

Disqualification:

  • Participants not adhering to game rules are subject to disqualification. 
  • The organisers reserve the right to enforce fair play and adherence to the established rules. 
  • Any violation may result in immediate removal from the event.

 

Cancellation:

  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. Participants will be notified promptly.

 

Data Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Liability:

  • Participants enter at their own risk and release organizers from liability for any injury or loss incurred during participation. 
  • The organisers, sponsors, and associated parties are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the AI Royale Scavenger Hunt. 
  • Participants are advised to exercise caution and be mindful of their surroundings.

  • Participation in the AI Royale Scavenger Hunt is voluntary, and participants acknowledge and assume any associated risks.
  • By entering the AI Royale Scavenger Hunt, participants affirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms outlined herein.
  • The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to adhere to these terms.
  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes if necessary and will communicate any updates to the participants.
