HONOR has put its latest Number Series phone on sale across Malaysia. The HONOR 600S 5G is available nationwide now at RM1,299, sold through HONOR Experience Stores, official partners, online platforms and selected telcos. At that price it leads on two things budget phones usually trade away: an 8,100mAh battery and an IP69K water-resistance rating.
Every unit ships with a gift bundle HONOR values at RM199, made up of a one-year extended warranty and an RM100 instant rebate applied at purchase. The phone comes in two finishes, Desert Gold and Velvet Black, both with 12GB of RAM (4GB physical plus 8GB of HONOR RAM Turbo) and 256GB of storage.

Built to survive a drop and a downpour
The durability claims are the standout here. HONOR rates the 600S for IP68, IP69 and IP69K, the last of which covers high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, and lists 2.5-metre drop resistance certified by SGS. For a phone at this price, that is protection normally reserved for rugged models.
8,100mAh battery and 45W charging
The 8,100mAh figure is the typical capacity, rated at 7,900mAh, paired with 45W HONOR SuperCharge. HONOR runs that alongside a 6.87-inch display at 120Hz with up to 1,020 nits of peak brightness, a 50MP AI main camera, a dedicated AI Button and what it calls 400% volume dual speakers. The company quotes a six-year endurance rating for the battery.
Free on some postpaid plans
The telco offers are where the RM1,299 can drop to nothing. HONOR says the 600S is free with CelcomDigi Pakej MegaJimat and U Mobile Ultra Global 98. Maxis customers can take it for RM59 on Postpaid 109, and Yes lists it at RM67 a month on Infiniti+ Basic.
Where it sits in the line-up
The 600S joins HONOR's Number Series below the HONOR 600 Pro and undercuts the HONOR 600 Lite, which launched at RM1,399. Full specifications are on HONOR Malaysia's product page.
