Malaysian fans of Hangar 13's Sicilian crime saga have a reason to head back to 1900s Italy. At Summer Game Fest 2026, 2K and Hangar 13 revealed Man of Honor, a story expansion for Mafia: The Old Country that lands on 14 August 2026 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

What Man of Honor adds to Mafia: The Old Country
The expansion picks up Enzo Favara's story with two new chapters set during the winter of 1905. Months after his initiation into the Torrisi crime family, Enzo has proven himself a reliable soldier, and the Don now hands him and Cesare a delicate task: assist Ennio Salieri, a recently released man of honor intent on reclaiming what is his. Series veterans will recognise Salieri as the future Don of the Salieri family and the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition, so the expansion fills in a piece of franchise history.
The two chapters bring fresh environments, weapons, vehicles, and Charms, and explore a period during Enzo's rise as a soldato that the base game did not cover.

Beyond the story, Man of Honor adds content to Free Ride mode. Salieri becomes the player's point of contact for a new set of extreme challenges, with fresh collectibles and previously unseen locations to track down across the map. The studio is pitching these activities as a test for even experienced players, which gives completionists a reason to keep exploring the open world after the credits roll.
Franchise sale and how to get it
To mark the reveal, 2K has put the whole Mafia series on sale. Mafia: The Old Country Standard Edition is 30% off, while Mafia: Definitive Edition is 85% off and Mafia II, Mafia III, and the Mafia: Trilogy bundle are each 80% off. The discounts are digital only and based on 2K's recommended pricing. Timing differs by store: PlayStation offers end on 10 June 2026, Xbox on 11 June, and Steam on 18 June, so it is worth checking the date for your platform of choice.
