The long-awaited, frequently-teased Samsung Bespoke AI home appliance lineup for 2025 has launched in Malaysia.
Spotlighting the event are Samsung's three next-gen products — the AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator, AI Laundry Top Load Washer, and the AI Jet Ultra vacuum.
With upgraded AI-powered performance, seamless SmartThings connectivity, and Knox security, the latest Bespoke devices, all Bixby acitvated, bring smarter, more intuitive, and secure living experiences to Malaysian homes.
Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator – Smarter Food Management & Voice Control
The latest offering is a 594L capacity friendge that sports a sleek design and integrated 9-inch LCD AI Home screen. It has activation-support with Bixby voice assistant and Multi-Device Experience (MDE) via Smart Things database, which lets you:
- Take calls
- Stream music
- Get SmartThings Food suggestions
The fridge notably has Auto Open Door feature which activates with a gentle touch or voice command via Samsung's "Hi Bixby". It also functions with AI Energy Mode to reduce power consumption by up to 10% by adjusting compressor speed & defrost cycles. To preserve food, the fridge utilises a UV Deodorizer & Filter that maintains freshness and eliminates odours.
Bespoke AI Laundry Top Load – Quiet, Efficient, and AI-Optimized Washing
Samsung has also launched Top Load Washing Machines of 13kg–21kg capacity that's made perfect for Malaysian households. The series features:
- AI Wash: Detects fabric type and weight, adjusts water and agitation levels.
- AI Energy Mode: Cuts power use by up to 20% using intelligent cycle optimisation.
- AI Vibration Reduction Tech+ (VRT+™): Keeps operation quieter across all floor types.
Behind the power of these new AI Laundry Top Load machines is the EcoBubble™ System, which works to combine Samsung's proprietary BubbleStorm™ (rapid detergent foaming) and Dual Storm™ (deep cleaning action) features. The system uses up to 25% less energy, 13% less water, and provides 20% better fabric care.
Bespoke AI Jet Ultra – Samsung’s Most Powerful Cordless Vacuum
Behind the long-awaited Samsung AI Jet Ultra is a 400W suction powered by the all-new HexaJet Motor, delivering top-tier cleaning. The AI Jet Ultra delivers a 100-minute battery life (Min-level Mode) to clean your whole home on one charge. It comes with AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 as well, which intelligently detects brush load & air pressure. The mode also optimises suction and battery across 6 floor types.
To ensure thorough cleaning without allergy issues, the AI Jet Ultra utilises a multi-layer HEPA Filtration that traps 99.999% of fine dust (as small as 0.3µm).
For ease of the vacuum's status, there's a built-in Wi-Fi + LCD display where you can monitor and manage SmartThings control, Performance monitoring and even get Call and battery status alerts during cleaning.
Extended into the family is also Samsung's own Knox Security for their smart home lineup.
Knox Vault now extends from smartphones to appliances in order to securely store passwords and sensitive data on a physical chip.
With SmartThings Home Care, users can enjoy using AI to pre-diagnose appliance issues and notifies users early. This also enables remote troubleshooting via Samsung Support.
