We visited Samsung’s Display Showroom in Bangkok, Thailand last week, and here are five products from Samsung that really surprised us!
- Digital Retail Signage
You know those digital ads around shopping malls that are starting to replace static advertising posters? Yes, Samsung makes retail signages like that too!
Samsung’s vibrant QLED and Crystal UHD retail signage displays can showcase your brands and products in stunning clarity and colour!
- Hotel TVs
Next time you check into a hotel, take a good look at the TV. Apparently, hotel TVs (more specifically, high-end hotel TVs) are not just any regular TVs — Samsung makes special TVs for hotels that have built-in programs that can display personalized welcome messages and hotel menus!
In fact, Samsung’s customizable hotel TVs go beyond entertainment; they also serve as an interactive hub for guests, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and more, all through a user-friendly interface.
- Outdoor Displays
Nowadays, even drive-thru menus are digitalized. Naturally, Samsung has a finger in that pie too. Samsung’s robust outdoor displays are designed to withstand the elements while providing crystal-clear visuals.
In fact, we were surprised to learn that Samsung actually supplies the digital menus for McDonald’s Malaysia! And it’s not just outdoor menus; these durable displays are used at EV charging stations too!
- Self-Order Kiosks
Apart from just displaying information, Samsung also makes functional machines that streamline the retail experience as well—yes, I’m talking about self-service kiosks that you typically see in fast-food restaurants!
These self-order kiosks are complete with scanners for e-wallet scanning and printers for receipt, so it’s an all-in-one affair here, convenient for both business owners and customers.
- Corporate Lobby LED Signage
And finally, Samsung also makes large LED signages that are perfect for corporate lobbies. Available in various sizes, Samsung’s LED signage transforms any lobby into a grand entrance, perfect for displaying logos, welcoming visitors, or advertising events in high definition!
All in all, the Display Showroom in Bangkok was truly an enlightening visit. From enhancing your shopping experience to revolutionizing how you order food, it was pretty fascinating to see all the other ways Samsung has integrated into our daily lives.
