With the recent hype around Apple coming with a Type-C charging port, fans have been eager to know more about the upcoming iPhone 15 series. Well, the wait is officially over because Apple will be holding their flagship launch event on September 13th 2023 at 1am MYT!
The event, themed "Wonderlust," is set to be held at the iconic Steve Jobs Theatre in Apple Park, Cupertino. As per tradition, this event promises to unveil a range of exciting new products and features. The main reveal would be the iPhone 15 series, most likely the iPhone 15, the iPhone 15 Plus, the iPhone 15 Pro, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max if we're following history.
One of the most anticipated updates in the iPhone 15 series is the switch from the traditional Lightning port to the USB Type C port, thanks to EU regulations on the subject.
Apart from that, the new iPhone 15 series will also likely come with a higher refresh rate, better cameras, and capacitive touch buttons. Under the hood, they should be running the A16 Bionic chip, with the Pro models running the new A17 Bionic chip.
