Maison Mumm, house of Champagne since 1827, is releasing its first sparkling wine in Malaysia with Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige.
Mumm Marlborough celebrates the union of the famed, cool-climate New Zealand wine region with Maison Mumm's 200-years of winemaking expertise. Mumm Marlborough’s sparkling wines are made using Méthode Traditionnelle, which follows the same procedures used by Maison Mumm: a complex, long and demanding process allowing the wines to develop a wealth of flavours fully.

Part of the Mumm Terroirs collection, which focuses on prestigious wine regions known for producing exceptional pinot noir, Mumm Marlborough is created in collaboration between champagne house G.H. Mumm and renowned wine producer Pernod Ricard Winemakers.
The product is a brainchild of passionate winemakers sharing their techniques and local knowledge; Mumm Marlborough emerges as a modern sparkling wine created using time-honoured expertise to highlight terroir and pinot noir variety.
Pernod Ricard Winemakers New Zealand Chief Winemaker Jamie Marfell is the local expert on crafting sparkling wines, and worked closely with the Maison Mumm team including the late Chef de Cave Laurent Fresnet who visited the region in 2022.

Influenced by the cool, maritime climate of the Marlborough region, Mumm Marlborough is a distinctive sparkling wine with naturally high acidity.
With flinty complexity and delightful red berry notes, this sparkling offers a lively brightness balanced with elegance and finesse. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes are sourced and handpicked from 100% owned vineyards across the Marlborough sub-regions of the Wairau Valley, Southern Valleys and Awatere Valley.
