Featuring an AI AMD Ryzen 7040 Series processor, the Swift Edge 26 gives you great performance, including but not limited to rendering huge videos. The ultrathin laptop has a vibrant 16-inch, 3.2k OLED screen that gives you over a billion colours. The screen is also Eyesafe certified, which means it reduces eyestrain and balances blue light limitations.
Weighing a light 1.23 kg, the Swift Edge 16 comes with the AMD RDNA 3 and AMD Ryzen AI. It also allows for up to 32 GB of RAM, with up to 2TB of storage. To avoid overheating, it comes with TwinAir Cooling which is a twin stereo-ring fan which dissipates heat and can be controlled in multiple modes, including Silent, Normal and Performance Mode.
The Acer Swift Edge 16 also gives you a clear and crisp 1440 QHD webcam which also has Windows Studio Effects which allows you to blur your background and automatic framing. You’re sure to get high-quality images even in low-light conditions thanks to Acer’s Temporal Noise Reduction. When it calls, there's also an AI Noise Reduction to reduce the amount of background noise. Making it the perfect companion for online classes or meetings.
Acer will reveal more information about the Swift Edge 16 during the 2023 Computex. However, at the time of writing, they have yet to announce the official price for Malaysia.
