To celebrate one of the most important holidays in Malaysia, UNIQLO has decided to collaborate with local designer Christy Ng to design UTme! The collection titled Kampung, features village life in Malaysia in a traditional batik style.
Inspired by the country life in Malaysia, the Kampung collection has a series of stickers that brings out the feeling of “Balik Kampung” during the Raya holidays. Each sticker, which depicts a traditional kampung home surrounded by trees, foliage, birds, and breathtaking mountain ranges honours the memories and sentimental feelings of Malaysian kampungs and inspires a desire to head back home.
Available from March 17, the UTme! T-shirts from the Kampung collection will be made available at a price of RM 59.90 for children with sizes varying from 110 cm to 150 cm for children and XS to XL for adults. On the other hand, the tote bag will cost RM 79.90
For those who purchase a UTme! X Christy Ng Shirt from March 17 to 19 will get a free embroidery with their name attached on the sleeve of the UTme! T-shirt. However, this is only available at the UNIQLO DA Square from 12 pm to 6 pm.
