Today at CES 2023, Razer revealed the brand-new Razer Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops that boast powerful graphical and processing performance. Equipped with the latest and exclusive 13th-generation Intel Core i9 HX chipset and NVIDIA's next-generation RTX 40 series graphics processors, they will truly become one of the best laptop gaming powerhouse this year.


Razer Blade 16

As claimed by Razer, when compared to other 16-inch gaming laptops, the Blade 16 can provide 35% more graphics power per cubic inch. The Razer Blade 16 comes in different models, equipping Intel's 13th-Gen i9-13950HX CPU and up to the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU. As for the display, it features the world's first 16-inch HDR-capable dual-mode mini-LED display, with 1000 nits peak brightness and less than 3ms response time. The display's defining feature is its ability to switch between two native modes without any noticeable lag. While the Gamer mode offers a smooth 240Hz refresh rate in native FHD+, the Creator mode enables sharp UHD+ native resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Razer Blade 18

Described by Razer as their most powerful gaming laptop ever, the Razer Blade 18 is armed with the latest Intel 13th Gen CoreTM i9 HX processors and graphics up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 with full TGP. In addition to its large 18-inch QHD+ 240Hz high refresh rate display, the gaming laptop also features a 5MP camera, a THX spatial audio 6-speaker system, upgradeable components, and a good amount of ports.

In addition to their powerful processing and graphical performance and large displays with high refresh rates, Razer was able to increase the performance of the Razer Blade 16 and Blade 18, thanks to improvements in their patented vapour chamber cooling technologies.


Local Pricing and Availability

As of now, the Razer Blade 16 and Razer Blade 18 will be available in the first quarter of 2023 only in the US market. The Razer Blade 16 will retail at $2,699.99 (around RM11,867), while the Razer Blade 18 will be available at at $2,899.99 (around RM12,746).
