HP Announced Lineup Of New Sustainable Devices At CES 2023

These innovative products by HP aim to revitalize hybrid experiences in 2023

CES 2023 has begun and like all other brands, HP has unveiled a collection of new laptops, monitors, wireless earbuds, all-in-one (AIO) PCs and other devices that are sure to pique the interest of freelancers and others who perform hybrid or remote work.

Adhering to the theme of CES 2023, HP's CES 2023 lineup has a heavy focus on sustainability, with all products made and produced with recycled materials and ocean-bound plastics.

HP Dragonfly G4, HP EliteBook 1040 G10, and HP Elite x360 1040 G10

These new and upcoming laptops are leading the line for HP at CES 2023. Designed for hybrid workstyles, high-performance connectivity and ultimate security, these devices deliver more meaningful collaboration experiences with new intuitive video conferencing innovations.

The laptops feature a Multi-Camera setup that supports dual video streams and camera switching so you can easily display your face and an object or a whiteboard at the same time, picture-in-picture or side-by-side. The Auto Camera Select uses intelligent face tracking to recognise which camera you're facing to keep audiences engaged without breaking eye contact. There is also the HP Keystone Correction camera feed, which automatically crops and flattens images, making it simple to share a whiteboard or physical document. Finally, the HP Be Right Back feature allows you to change your video feed to a still picture without disrupting meetings when you're on a break.

To help intelligently optimize performance and power consumption, HP also introduced new features such as the Intelligent Hibernate which will let your PC go into hibernation mode automatically to minimize battery usage at the end of the workday. Besides that, there's also the Smart Senses, which uses AI to learn and adapt to user preferences to improve the PC's thermal performance. The end result is a more pleasant working environment afforded by a laptop that is quieter and cooler without sacrificing performance.

Interestingly, the latest HP Dragonfly and Elite 1000 Series were made with sustainability in mind. In particular, they're made with bio-circular content like used cooking oil and ocean-bound plastics, including the enclosure case, which is made from 90% recycled magnesium. The devices come in a completely recyclable and compostable outer packaging that has earned the EPEAT Gold Registration mark in 23 countries, the ENERGY STAR label, and the TCO certification.

HP E-Series G5, M24h and M27h FHD Monitors

With display sizes ranging from 21.5 to 44.5 inches diagonally, the HP E-Series G5 include monitors with 4K resolution on selected models, curved and ultrawide displays, 99% sRGB, and complementary accessories, all of which are designed to help hybrid workers maintain focus and connectivity while also meeting their individual needs. One of the main products that will be displayed at CES 2023 is the HP E45c G5 Monitor, the world’s first 45-inch super ultrawide dual QHD curved monitor, produced with 90% recycled and renewable materials, like coffee grounds and recycled aluminium.

Meanwhile, the HP M24h and M27h FHD monitors are an ergonomic upgrade for home setups, allowing you to find your ideal posture and viewing angle for work, study, and entertainment. This M-Monitor series is also the first in the world to include a comfort setup guide via built-in display software, as stated by HP.
