2023 might finally be the year when you can use the Apple TV app on your Android smartphones and tablets. According to rumours, Apple's in-house streaming service will soon be available on Android OS. Development on this feature is believed to be currently underway as they are still in internal beta testing.
Since its inception three years ago, Apple TV's streaming service has offered a collection of increasingly compelling series like Ted Lasso, Dickinson, and Pachinko. Once exclusive to Apple products, it is now also compatible with Android TV, webOS, and Tizen found primarily in Samsung Smart TVs. Unfortunately, Android OS is currently not one of the supported platforms. When the Apple TV app is finally available for Android smartphones, you will be able to access the Apple TV+ streaming service straight from the app without having to use AppleTV's online website.
