To continue the momentum of releasing and maintaining high-quality home products for customers, LG has launched their Service Centre and Academy in Sungai Besi, Selangor; a first for Malaysia.

Strategically placed about a 15-minute drive away from Kuala Lumpur, the centre is set to welcome interested and existing customers and serves as both a learning and training ground for LG technicians and sales agents.

This centre also acts as a showroom and service centre for patrons who want to fix their LG products or check out and try the latest LG home appliances, which include but are not limited to their popular water purifier series, all-in-one vacuum cleaners, OLED TVs and powerful air purifiers.

"Our new Service Centre and Academy in Malaysia symbolises our commitment to not only meeting customer needs but surpassing them. By investing in the advanced training of our staff and creating a space where customers can fully experience our showcased products, we are setting a new standard in customer care," said Justin Choi, Managing Director of LG Malaysia.

The initiative to launch such an LG service centre, as part of the brand's overarching strategy to provide extensive service coverage, will see more openings soon in Malaysia. Therefore, customers from other parts of Malaysia may be able to experience the centres soon.

"(Through this) launch, it reflects our continuous pledge to provide unparalleled customer service and support... Our aim is to make 'Life's Good' a tangible reality for our customers," expressed Justin Choi.
