Here are highlights about the Samsung QN800C 8K QLED TV and HW-Q990C Soundbar:
- QN800C 8K QLED TV: Display is Great
Before you look into getting a TV this big, ensure you have the space for it. As our unit was a big 65-inch one, just make sure you are seated further back because it will make the viewing experience much better.
In terms of the display, overall the quality of the image was very satisfactory, whether it was music videos, anime, and gaming as well. The overall vibrancy and contrast are good too, there are times when we felt the blacks could have been deeper but it’s something that is based on your preference.
QN800C 8K QLED TV: User Interface is Clean
The Neo QLED QN800C is a SmartTV with a clean and easy-to-see interface. Upon visiting the homepage, everything is neatly organised too, whereby all essentials you need are on the screen and do not require a user to scroll around too much. Basically, the user experience is simplified and easy.
- HW-Q990C Soundbar: Very Seamless User Experience
We like that the HW-Q990C Soundbar is easy to set up. Apart from that, usage is easy too! It has a unique feature to let you quickly stream your music besides just using the voice assistant. Basically, if you mirror your phone's audio to the soundbar, it will quickly switch music streaming (via Bluetooth) from your phone to the soundbar.
- Neo QLED QN800C & HW-Q990C Soundbar: Technology From Both Are Married Well
Leveraging on wireless and advanced technology to deliver not just great sound but great picture quality, both the Neo QLED QN800C and HW-Q990C Soundbar have technology that works hand in hand such as the Q-Symphony technology support which allows the TV's built-in speakers and the connected soundbar work hand in hand for a fuller soundscape. Did we even mention that both the TV and soundbar are very slim in profile?
