Retail packaging outs specs and bundles
A fresh set of retail-box images has laid bare DJI’s first 360-degree action camera, the Osmo 360, revealing everything from sensor size to regional price stickers.
Philippine-friendly price tags
Two SKUs surfaced on the leaked box: a Standard Combo at USD 759 (~PHP 43,000) and an Adventure Combo at USD 989 (~PHP 56,000), giving local creators a new mid-premium option that undercuts Insta360’s X-series on launch-day pricing.
Flagship-class imaging hardware
The packaging lists a 1-inch 360-imaging CMOS, native 8K/30 fps recording, 10-bit D-Log M, and eye-popping 120 MP still capture. DJI also promises 100 minutes of 8K shooting on the built-in pack and support for 4K/120 fps with a 170° “Boost” mode.
Accessories built for long shoots
According to follow-up leaks, Osmo 360 ships with a magnetic quick-release mount, tripod threads, and an optional Battery Extension Bar that doubles run-time to 180 minutes—handy for all-day moto vlogs or aerial rigging on DJI drones.
Why it matters for Filipino creators
DJI products typically land in Manila DJI-authorized stores and e-commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee) within weeks of global launch. At roughly the same sticker as a mid-range smartphone, the Osmo 360’s 1-inch sensor could become a go-to for local travel vloggers who need better low-light performance for night markets, festivals, and neon-lit cityscapes without lugging a mirrorless rig.
Launch window
Multiple tipsters point to a late-July 2025 unveiling that would slot Osmo 360 just ahead of GoPro’s rumoured Max 2, setting up a three-way 360-camera shoot-out in Q3
