Tecno has fired its latest shot in the ultra-affordable space with the Spark Go 2, driving the entry price of a 120 Hz smartphone in the Philippines down to ₱3,299. The launch brings two memory options—3 GB + 64 GB at the headline price and a roomier 3 GB + 128 GB variant for ₱3,599.

Despite its wallet-friendly tag, the phone boasts a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS panel that refreshes at 120 Hz, stereo speakers tuned with DTS, and a sturdy 5,000 mAh battery that tops up at 15 W over USB-C. Power comes from a UNISOC T7250 chipset paired with Tecno’s RAM-expansion feature, adding 3 GB of virtual memory for smoother multitasking.

Durability is a headline feature: the Spark Go 2 is certified IP64 for dust and splash protection and is rated to survive drops of up to 1.5 m, rare assurances in this price tier. The camera setup sticks to essentials with a 13 MP main shooter and an 8 MP selfie cam—both supported by Tecno’s AI scene enhancements.

Available in Ink Black, Veil White, Titanium Gray (and a limited Turquoise Green for online stores), the handset goes on sale nationwide at Tecno kiosks and through its official Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop channels, aiming squarely at students and first-time smartphone buyers seeking modern specs without financial stretch.
