Slimmer & lighter than ever

At just 4.2 mm when open, 8.9 mm folded and 215 g, the Fold7 drops 24 g from last year’s model, slipping more easily into pockets without sacrificing screen real estate
Expansive, brighter displays
A wider 6.5-inch cover screen (21:9) pairs with an 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X main panel that now peaks at 2,600 nits while keeping a silky-smooth 120 Hz refresh on both panels.
Snapdragon 8 Elite + One UI 8

Inside, Qualcomm’s custom Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy delivers CPU, GPU and NPU gains of up to 40 %, enabling on-device Galaxy AI features like real-time translation and Generative Edit. Shipping starts with Android 16 / One UI 8, 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB storage.
First 200 MP camera on a Fold
Samsung replaces last year’s 50 MP wide sensor with a 200 MP flagship-grade camera, backed by 12 MP ultrawide and 10 MP 3× telephoto modules. AI-assisted Night Video and 10-bit HDR promise cleaner low-light footage.
Built tougher, styled fresher
A new Titanium plate layer, 50 % thicker Ultra-Thin Glass and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 fronting the cover screen boost rigidity, while a revamped Armor FlexHinge trims the crease and upgrades dust-water resistance (IP48). Colours include Black, Silver Shadow, Pink, Navy, Crafted Black and White (market-dependent).
Battery & charging
The familiar 4,400 mAh cell now supports faster 25 W wired top-ups (50 % in ~30 min), 15 W wireless and 4.5 W reverse wireless charging—enough to juice Galaxy Buds or a smartwatch on the go.
Availability
Pre-orders open on 9 July, with general sales starting on 25 July 2025 in key markets; the Philippines rollout follows on 1 August. Early-bird trade-in deals and free storage upgrades apply in select regions.
