realme Malaysia has confirmed that the realme GT 8 Pro, its most advanced flagship yet, will officially launch on 24 November 2025.
Dubbed as the “flagship killer that ends boring phones,” the GT 8 Pro introduces groundbreaking innovations in performance, photography, and design. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, integrates AI-enhanced chips, and pioneers a RICOH GR photography system — a collaboration that brings legendary Japanese optical craftsmanship to the smartphone world.
Pre-orders between today until 28 November will also entitle the shopper to free gifts worth RM1,197!
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-Powered
The realme GT 8 Pro draws its power from a tri-chip architecture — industry’s most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It is paired with Hyper Vision+ AI Chip and Signal Catcher Chip to deliver power that'll meet the needs of performance-oriented users. Scoring over 4 million score on AnTuTu, the processor is capable of running heavy-loaded mainstream games in their highest graphic setting – and even running two games at the same time.
RICOH GR Collaboration (Photography)
Another major upgrade the realme GT 8 Pro brings is its photography capabilities. It taps on RICOH GR, a legendary Japanese camera brand favoured by street photography masters, to harness its classic photography system.
The collaboration had taken four years to fruition. Now, the realme GT 8 Pro features a full-range of RICOH GR camera system, offering RICOH GR classic film tones (Positive, Negative, Hi-contrast B&W), immersive framing mode with focal lengths and Snap Focus mode. On the hardware side, it comes with GR optical-quality custom anti-glare lenses, and a 200MP Sony IMX main camera lens.
It does not stop there. realme GT 8 Pro will also have switchable camera modules. This means users can now change the camera islands according to their preference.

Early bird pre-order is in place for the realme GT 8 Pro Series (The standard GT 8 Pro and GT 8 Pro Dream Edition) and is available today until 28 November.
