The vivo Vision Discovery Edition signaled its official entry into the spatial computing era when it debuted at its 30th anniversary celebration alongside its Imaging Grand Ceremony. The headset represents vivo's next big step beyond smartphones — integrating imaging, sensors, and display innovations into a next-generation immersive experience.
Now available for demo in select vivo Concept Stores across Malaysia, the Vision Discovery Edition, powered by OriginOS Vision, is also the first Chinese smartphone maker to enter the MR space in Malaysia, setting the stage for a more connected digital lifestyle.
Lightweight & Seamless For Today's Contemporary Needs
Designed for daily use, the Vision Discovery Edition weighs just 398g with a height of 83 mm and a thickness of 40 mm, making it 26% smaller than the industry average, improving overall comfort.
As the result of a 4-year R&D journey, the design offers four sizes of light seal, and eight foam padding options which ensures an optimal fit and long-lasting comfort, even during extended wear or active movement.
Robust Computing
vivo Vision Discovery Edition is equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon® XR2+ Gen 2 platform. This Snapdragon generation delivers up to 2.5x GPU performance and 8x AI performance more than the previous generation, enabling groundbreaking visual and interactive experiences while providing robust computing support for high-speed rendering in spatial computing.
vivo Vision Discovery Edition runs on OriginOS Vision, which enables natural and intuitive interactions. This headset serves as a seamless entryway for users into their digital lives, covering immersive entertainment, gaming, and productivity scenarios. Its immersive video enables panoramic viewing from any angle, allowing users to watch live sports and e-sports broadcasts from different angles or in split-screen mode without missing any of the action. For media entertainment, it can generate a 120-foot theater screen, allowing users to enjoy cinematic experiences anytime, anywhere.
Announced just today for Malaysia, the vivo Vision Discovery Edition is now available to experience at selected vivo Concept Stores nationwide.
