Samsung has launched their new Smart Monitor 2025 lineup, now available in Malaysia. Their all-in-one screens have a SmartThings integration, turning it into a hub for managing other smart gadgets in their roster.
Without using your phone, you can control all connected devices such as lights and air conditioners through the 3D Map View on the monitor, or even dim the lights for a K-drama binge or check your washing machine cycle, all without leaving your desk.
If you're living in a smaller space, the Smart Monitor helps to clear up some space and perhaps even negates the need for multiple displays. You won't even need a separate desktop compute, as they come with Microsoft 365, video call functions, and streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+.
For Samsung users with multiple devices, the Multi Control feature lets you link them all up, allowing you to use one mouse and keyboard to work across your Galaxy tablet, phone, and monitor.
Here are the 2025 Lineup
The M9 is Samsung's first AI-powered 4K QD-OLED Smart Monitor, equipped with a built-in 4K SlimFit camera. The M8, on the other hand, is more suited for those who want to use it for both work and lesisure, with a vibrant 4K display, an attachable camera, and an ergonomic adjustable stand.
However, if you're looking for something purely for work, the M7 comes with an AI Picture Optimizer and built-in apps to cover all the everyday basics. It's available to two sizes (32 and 43 inches).
There's a limited-time offer to score a free Monitor Mobile Stand
To celebrate the launch, Samsung is giving away a free Monitor Mobile Stand (worth RM799) to customers who purchase a Smart Monitor.
You can get this perk by purchasing through the Samsung Online Store and major e-commerce platforms (where the stand is bundled with the monitor) or by redeeming it via the Samsung Redemption Portal if you purchase from an authorised retailer.
