Unifi TV Relaunches with a Customisable Channel Package & Is Now Available To Non-Unifi Customers

TM has officially refreshed its Unifi TV platform and app, offering Malaysians a completely new streaming experience that puts them in control.

The updated platform allows users to fully customise their content bundles, switch between channels and streaming apps, and enjoy a seamless viewing experience from one integrated service. The new Unifi TV 2.0 app features a refreshed interface with universal search, personalised recommendations, and the ability to sync content across devices like Android TV boxes, smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs.

Previously limited to Unifi broadband subscribers, the Unifi TV service is now open to all Malaysians, regardless of whether they have a Unifi subscription. While Unifi customers will still enjoy exclusive lower pricing on all packs, everyone can now access the platform with TV packs starting from RM8 a month. The new Unifi TV 2.0 app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Choose Your Channels

Viewers can choose from a vast lineup of premium content from services like Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, HBO, beIN SPORTS, and iQIYI, and create a package tailored to their specific interests, whether it's blockbuster movies, live sports, Korean dramas, or kids' shows. For the first time, all these new subscriptions are contract-free, giving you the flexibility to switch or cancel at any time.

The new Build-Your-Own Pack is a key feature, starting from as low as RM16 during the promotion. This pack gives customers 16 free channels and the freedom to select only the channels and streaming apps they want, ensuring better value for money. For those who prefer a curated experience, Unifi TV has also introduced 13 new entertainment packs, including family-friendly options like Wira, Ying Xiong, Veeran, and the Kids Pack. For a complete all-in-one option, the Super Star Pack combines all premium channels and major streaming apps into a single subscription.

In conjunction with the launch, Unifi TV is offering special free trials:

• For Unifi Customers: Get 30 days of complimentary access to 73 premium channels and 15 streaming apps, including Disney+ Hotstar, HBO Max, Viu, TVB Jade, SPOTV, and beIN Sports. You’ll also get 14-day free viewing of beIN Sports 1-4 and a free first month on selected streaming apps. The free trial is available from 13 September to 12 October.

• For Non-Unifi Customers: You can enjoy a 30-day free trial of 19 channels with no commitment needed. This offer includes free viewing of three premium channels: DEGUP HD, Inspirasi HD, and Sensasi HD. This promotion runs from 13 September to 12 December.
