From 16–20 July 2025, Samsung Malaysia will transform Pavilion Kuala Lumpur into an experiential playground for its latest foldables: the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7.
Through hands-on zones, interactive installations, and ecosystem demos, shoppers can explore the refined foldable design, Galaxy AI features, and seamless integration with the Galaxy Watch Series and SmartThings. Additionally there will be pre-order counters with exclusive promotions and bundling options.
At the roadshow, you can witness the centerpiece installation which guides visitors through Samsung’s foldable journey—from the original Galaxy Fold (2019) to today’s Z Fold7 and Z Flip7—highlighting key technical breakthroughs.
- Interactive Timeline: Touch-activated displays reveal hinge engineering, screen durability, and form-factor milestones.
- True Fold Experience: Live demo stations let guests feel the next-gen Flex Hinge and Vision Booster display in action.
- Heritage Tribute: Archival prototypes and concept sketches showcase Samsung’s foldable R&D.
There will also be four themed zones to demonstrate how Galaxy AI transforms daily tasks on a foldable canvas:
- Multitask Mastery: Split-screen apps, drag-and-drop between panels, and AI-powered note-taking in Live Translate mode on the Z Fold7.
- Content Creation: Portrait Studio lets guests shoot and edit photos/videos with Galaxy AI enhancements (Auto Framing, Smart Crop) on the Z Flip7.
- Wellness Workshop: Connect Z Fold7/Flip7 with Galaxy Watch8 to track health metrics, guided workouts, and Mindfulness reminders.
- SmartThings Showcase: Control home appliances and TVs directly from the cover screen or Flex mode of each foldable.

- Flex Hinge Mechanism: Guests fold/unfold hundreds of times to feel the new “buttery” resistance.
- Vision Booster Display: Side-by-side sunlight readability demo against previous-gen screens.
- Armor Aluminium Frame: Scratch and drop tests on sample panels, plus water-resistance spray simulation.
